Robin is an expert for audio branding. Music runs as a constant theme through his career. Initially he had a job as a DJ and in the years that followed he was successfully running his own record label. In 2005, he focused on acoustic branding. Together with Felix Haaksman, he founded HearDis!. Their goal: to enhance marketing efforts by making brands audibly distinctive and memorable. Robin is an expert in the fields of in-store music, future of retail, brand experience and AI & creativity. Combined with his genuine curiosity and imagination, his expertise turns Robin into an outside-the-box thinker, committed to always finding new challenges and delivering singular solutions. To gain a competitive edge and further boost standards in audio branding, he played an important role in the initiation of the research and innovation project ABC_DJ, which attracted leading research institutes.
